In a character break, the listed card is only sent if that exact card is pulled during the live break. If it is not pulled, a random holo is sent as insurance instead. This format is explained in the show notes and throughout the stream before bidding. The card was not pulled, so the random holo was the correct fulfillment for this order. thanks let me now when next show is I was expecting character cards from a pull and only got 1/7 characters. The rules were disclosed in the show notes and explained live. Since the Charizard was not pulled, a random holo card was sent as insurance, which is exactly how the break was advertised and fulfilled. its tore open, cant trust anyone on this sight.
