In a character break, the listed card is only sent if that exact card is pulled during the live break. If it is not pulled, a random holo is sent as insurance instead. This format is explained in the show notes and throughout the stream before bidding. The card was not pulled, so the random holo was the correct fulfillment for this order. thanks let me now when next show is I was expecting character cards from a pull and only got 1/7 characters.
