レビュー (160)Worst shipping experience in my life. Everything showed up completely unsecured (no team bag or anything) jumbled up in all different directions in a very cheap bubble mailer. Every single card was damaged and they didn’t even send half of my cards (all the high value cards conveniently). Do not get scammed by these losers. The BEST sellers on whatnot. They’re so funny, have the best deals, have amazing energy and are so honest. I’ll be a repeat buyer for life :) awesome and very trustworthy sellers! Everything i won showed up safely packaged and in great condition! thank you and i cant wait for future streams!! 😊 I was excited to receive my cards when I received it. I have to agree with other reviews the card condition are not the same on the live stream are shown. Conditions of cards not exactly as described they called them all mint and came mostly with scratched up holo not able to see on video Everything was awesome as always!!! Cards that did show up were sooooo damaged because of how they packed them. They were thrown loosely in a cheap bubble mailer with no team bag and multiple cards didn’t even have a sleeve so they were all so mixed up, bent and extremely damaged. Never had such a bad experience on here, will never support this seller again. Would NOT recommend. Not all of my cards were sent. Said they would send me items to replace my missing cards and never did and ghosted. I also bought a card from them just to find out it was a fake. Never sent my neo genisus cards. Will never buy from them again. Would leave 0 stars if I could. amazing streams, amazing communication, fast shipping. u guys are goated!!

I purchased a "Mystery Bag" that looked fine on stream but arrived with significant damage. When I reached out, the damage was blamed on shipping, and the only resolution offered was a booster pack if I placed another order. Not going to happen.
I expected a more proactive and customer-focused response when receiving a product in this condition (chewed by a dog). I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision before purchasing. I recommend spending your money elsewhere. Thank you for your review. We really wish we could provide screenshot of the messages that we exchanged with each other for other people to see. We had offered you a full refund, new mystery bag and even a free sleeved booster pack in your next purchase due to your unhappiness. With all due respect and with conditions revealed on screen we like to believe that we are very transparent with our community. clapped indeed lol, overall decent cards but some that were heavily played / gross / damaged weren't shown well so conditions are difficult to catch. Also packaging needs some work as cards were just thrown into the mailer in the sleeves. These guy's are my duuudes!! So fun to chat with in their lives, always good deals, always looking out for requests.
