Out of the thousands of magnets I have made I have never ever had someone complain about quality. You purchased ONE magnet and left a poor review. You could have reached out if you were that dissatisfied with your magnet and given me a chance to make it right or remake it, more than likely it was the design you chose, thanks for the mean review.
