レビュー (1)So I’ve tried going through Whatnot first about this order. If I could’ve spared a negative review I would have but they have not responded in about a week.
When I first saw the listing I asked for more pictures. Waited 4 days. Nothing. But because I had been searching for this wallet for nearly a year I ended up buying it because if they didn’t have pictures then it couldn’t be that bad, right?
Opening the package I was met with flakes of the interior actively deteriorating. The interior is all falling apart and on the inside of the wallet is literal white mold.
When I go to contact customer service, I see that the seller did send pictures but waited until RIGHT before they sent out the wallet. I didn’t get a notification. The condition stated “fair” but it is way beyond that. An item in this type of shape should not have been sold, and as a seller myself I will always provide all the detail pictures necessary to show exactly what they’re buying. This is appalling.
