I want to clarify that this was a giveaway win, but I had purchased from Masha several times before this and have been 100% happy with every order. She is an absolute ray of sunshine and genuinely cares about her customers.
I specifically wanted to leave a review about this order because it highlights just how much she goes above and beyond. When my giveaway package got stuck at the post office and the tracking stopped updating, Masha personally checked on it to make sure it reached me. She first went herself, and when that didn’t resolve it, her husband also went to help locate the package. Together with the postal staff, they were able to find it, and it arrived shortly afterward.
Long story short, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Masha. She has beautiful pieces, exceptional customer service, and truly cares about making sure her customers are happy and receive their orders.
