I'm very pleased with my transaction. Thank you!! Very satisfied with this whole deal!! Got a new Apple iPad well it was used but it came to me like it was brand new and it works extremely well. Very very satisfied overall!!

My package was opened and could not go and sign in to the Apple ID so could not use the iPadBuyer sent us a message and didn't say anything about receiving a package that was already opened. Also, buyer sent a screenshot showing a message from Apple stating their account was not created in this region and couldn't log in. That's an issue between you and Apple, that has nothing to do with the tablet. the ipads arrived undamaged and working perfectly. no complaints. packaged well with bubble wrap. Great seller! Received purchase in good shape. Turned it on but haven't used it yet.... I feel like it to long to receive my package from usps. plus the package had holes and tears wear it looked like it got tossed around.We can't control how your local post office handles packages. There's a picture of the package on your order ID page that shows how the package looks we we sent it. All our packages are shipped in padded bubble mailer with 4 layers of bubble wrap and has a hazmat sticker on it to notify carriers to handle with care. wish the tablet was updated version but worksWe state the highest iOS version the tablet will update to in the chat as well as the host repeating it several times during the auction. You can watch your video receipt to confirm this. It's the buyers responsibility to check compatibility before purchase. The device is inoperable. It turns on but unable to syncs to my account which is needed to use the device. If you are unable to sync your accounts that's an issue with Apple not the product we sent you. You may have had too many failed logins or a security issue with your account. You need to call Apple support. Smaller than I expected, but will do what I need it to do. Thank you 😊 I bought two tablets. the tablets shown on screen were in good condition. I received the tablets & one is as expected. but the other is not what I expected & not what was shown when i bought it. the back is all scratched, dented & scuffed up. I have messaged repeatedly w pictures to try to resolve this, but ive been ignored. I even went back & watched the video to make sure that i remembered correctly. & i did. the tablets shown in the receipt video that I bought were in good condition. no scratches or scuffs. I dont know why i was sent this messed up tablet, or why im being ignored over messages when im trying to resolve it amicably. at this point all I can infer from the lack of response to my message is that they do not care & have no intention of fixing their mistake. & unlucky for me, i was out of town when they came. so when I got back in town & saw the tablrts, the 14 day return windows had closed. & i think thats another reason they ignoring me. its very upsetting. You posted you missed the return window because you were "out of town." If you don't like an item you have 14 days to request a return, that's Whatnot's policy. If you failed to do that, that's your fault. People love to run to the feedback section to play victim when they have to abdibe by the same policy as everyone else. All of this over a $19 tablet you decided you didn't want after 3 weeks of having it in your possession. Great product, fast shipping. I will buy again. Screen has obviously been replaced with a cheaper aftermarket one and has moments of unresponsiveness on digitizer.
