I received this perfume vial smashed, with glass bits in the package (I’m lucky i didn’t cut myself). Note, this was poorly packaged with no bubble wrap around a glass vial. I reached out to the seller and told her, and we agreed she’d send me a new one. She told me to remind her. So, during a show I reminded her. She then told me that I would have to make a purchase, win a giveaway or purchase a shipping label ($4.29 and the item I bought was only $3 to begin with). So I’m supposed to pay $8.58 total in shipping on a three dollar item that I received in shards. This is beyond ridiculous and I would never buy from this seller. I don’t feel she even felt with me in an honest fashion. Shopping with Em is like hanging out with a bestie. She’s so much fun and so knowledgeable! Great products and great deals.
