I am requesting a refund for the boots I purchased due to undisclosed damage to the front of the boots.
During the sale, it was mentioned that the boots had slight scratches on the sides. However, the significant damage on the front pointed area of the boots was never disclosed. The color and finish on the front of the boots are peeling off, and the damage is very noticeable.
Had this damage been disclosed during the show, I would not have purchased the boots. The condition of the item is not consistent with the description provided at the time of sale.
For this reason, I am respectfully requesting a full refund.
