Package what delivered to wrong address, not the fault of seller but also but also the box was damaged because of lack of protection. I would have 1 star but he was quick to communicate when I asked for address confirmation.
"lack of protection" is vague. we have 14 sizes of boxes and spend about $600/mo on 3 types of stuffing to protect collectibles. mistakes happen but without photos or a chance to make it right (insurance claim via whatnot) idk if it was us or the delivery system. no box protection can prevent everything thrown at the box on its way to you, like USPS delivering to the wrong address.
