Thanks for the cool tins! I was a long-time, high-volume buyer on this stream, and the experience declined sharply after management changes. Transparency was gradually removed, buyer-friendly perks were eliminated without explanation, and communication with regular buyers stopped entirely. For a stream with very few consistent buyers, this felt dismissive and short-sighted.
I raised concerns in good faith and was vocal about changes that negatively affected buyers. While my wording may have been blunt at times, the feedback itself was legitimate and intended to improve the experience. Instead of addressing the concerns or communicating privately, I was banned for speaking up.
What was once an engaging and transparent stream has become restrictive, unwelcoming, and unreceptive to feedback. Loyal buyers are not valued. Very disappointing.
