The correct pair of shoes and the correct size were sent, and the item was demonstrated during the live stream, including showing the size clearly.
This customer is also connected to the other person involved, so I believe the situation has been misrepresented. From my side, I have evidence of what was shown and what was sent.
It’s disappointing to see the situation being presented inaccurately. I have always tried to treat my customers fairly, professionally and with respect, and I’m simply making this clarification so other people can see . Awful experience. Clothes was covered in bleach, had holes and shoes was falling apart, contacted the seller to explain all this and sent him all the photos of everything and he instantly blocked me.. says it all. Shipping also took forever I had to reach out to him to ask when will it be getting sentShe’s a strange one, as you can see from her previous reviews, where she gave me great feedback and was a regular customer. On her last purchase, I went out of my way to give her some great deals and included plenty of freebies as a gesture of goodwill.
For no particular reason, she has now chosen to leave the same negative review twice. From my side, I have always remained professional, treated her fairly and gave her some really good deals.
