Gorgeous Gastropods & Aquatics is run by identical twins, Morgan & Sara. When you purchase from us, you’re supporting the dream of 2 physically disabled women. We both have MS (Multiple Sclerosis), an unpredictable & permanent disease that can cause us to postpone or cancel our shows sometimes. Our exceptional products are known nationwide; our illness is simply an inconvenience.★★★ Our Live Guarantee covers up to 2 hours after your package reaches its destination ONLY if you bought the cold or hot pack and paid for UPS/FedEx upgraded shipping. After the above conditions are met, to receive a DOA refund, you must message us pictures of the dead item(s) in their original packaging within that 2 hour window.
