When an item i wanted was sold out, you found another that was exactly what i was looking for. You went out of the way to carefully wrap my antique for the mail, which turned out to be very important when USPS misrouted it to New Jersey (to no fault of the sender)! While the antique was on its unexpected cross-country journey, you even found a replacement item via another antique seller so that I would not be empty handed if the postal service lost it. You also checked in with me to keep me updated about why it was delayed.
