レビュー (1,966)Had to contact whatnot and cancel order. I had two orders placed - the first one was on the 8th and took 3 weeks to get. So I cancelled this. Found a much quicker place ships same day. Items already packaged. Your items took 5 days to ship not 3 weeks. Also you demanded a refund after 2 days. We don’t pre package, everything is made to order. So feel free to take your business elsewhere 🙏 First time trying this loaded tea. I like the flavor combo I received and excited to try another one soon. Best teas on the app! Thank you as always!!!! Order on 10/8 just received today 10/26- did not receive the service expected in a timely manor. Not surprised you left a nasty review - to clear up any misunderstandings to anyone reading this. You ordered on the 8th right before the weekend and holiday. You then constantly harassed my team and myself during the weekend about your order even in shows. When I reached out to you to let you know we were making your order, you demanded all your orders to be refunded. You were refunded by WN directly but it only took 5 days for your order to be shipped out. If you are going to leave false reviews, at least make sure you tell people how you were harassing and being nasty to us as well 🫶 Always great flavor combinations and great service! Thank you!! They work so hard and always pack with the greatest care! If you haven’t bought from them seriously what are you doing? Boo Box arrived! The items were in great condition despite the box being slightly damaged. This was obviously not the fault of the seller since the box was secured just fine. Looks to be a damage in transit situation. Can't wait for the second one! Took over 11 days to receive packageGood morning
Your order was placed on the 9th the same weekend we had a hurricane hit and also on a weekend. We state in our show and bio that items can take up to a week to get out ( not including weekends or holidays) That following Monday was a holiday and the post office was closed. So it actually took 5 days ( less than what we stated would take) to get your full order to you. If you chose to order again I hope this clears up and misunderstandings about shipping times 🙏 Thank you for the giveaway Great flavor and love that it makes more than one cup! For 4$ it’s a steal due to what all comes included in the teas and also, the amount each pack can make. That’s cheaper than going to a nutrition and paying on average 8-10$ for one drink. THE BEST LOADED TEAS- if you haven’t tried yet, your seriously missing out on something LIFE CHANGING🤩💛 These tea taste so great! If you hadn’t tried them you should.
