I understand things get in the way, and stuff happens but communication was a little less than expected. also, the box was split open on arrival so had to give a star less. But the fact that communication was more less none existent, took a week & half to post with various excuses in the first few days and the packaging was absolutely shocking. No protection whatsoever, just a bag wrapped & taped up. How the LPs etc survived any damage, I don't know. You seem a nice guy mate, but you need to up your game to avoid any further issues and complaints like this Great seller. Great seller.
