レビュー (27)Thank you 😊 shipping was perfect I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. I purchased 3 different etbs but I never received my packages. Meanwhile, I noticed that other buyers from the same stream I purchased in received their orders without issue.
The seller claimed it was due to a family emergency, which I understand can happen, but it felt like a convenient excuse to avoid fulfilling our transaction. I reached out multiple times for clarification and resolution, but the communication was lacking, and ultimately, I was left without the products I paid for.
It's frustrating to feel like I got a good deal only to have it fall through due to poor seller integrity. Stay away from this seller. Zero integrity W Ivan, new seller, support.
