No, you cannot send a downgraded item or a different prize if a form filler (non-buyer) wins a buyer giveaway on Whatnot. According to Whatnot’s policies, you must send the exact item listed, as "no purchase necessary" laws apply, and non-buyers have the same rights to the prize as buyers.
Violations: Downgrading, withholding, or changing the prize based on the winner is prohibited and can lead to suspension or being banned from the platform,
Form Filler Rules: Users can enter buyer giveaways via a Whatnot form without purchasing, which is a legal requirement.
Whatnot's Stance: You cannot change the prize if a form filler wins.
