レビュー (26)Great seller love my items Great seller love my items thank you Unfortunately when my parcel arrived it was open and it was clear the sealing of the package was poorly executed and on opening full discovered some of my purchased items were missing. I contacted the seller explained the issue and the seller was a little unsure about what to do. She went away and then came back to me saying she would contact royal mail regarding the opened parcel and missing clothes. I have chased the seller for an update the response I continue to get even now weeks after,is she’s waiting on royal mail. No offer of a refund to put things right, even if I did not except a refund the thought and action of offering one would have been appreciated. Issue still not resolved clothes still missing along with my money
