AS ALWAYS, such a sweet seller and everything came on time and was packaged so nicely. 💖 I knew the pets head was a lil wonky when purchasing so I tired to do a peg swap then I came to realize it looked to have maybe been super glued on. but over all the seller is very nice and great packaging. Oh and my package didn't arrive until April 2 but I bought it march 19th I assume UPS lost my package or something...not sure Thank you for your review in the future if there is any problem please feel free to reach out so I can attempt to resolve. Weather around the states has been inconsistent but I shipped on time and from that point it’s out of my control unfortunately. I apologize on the post offices behalf for losing the product or having it arrive late. I hope the peg swap was successful I wasn’t ever aware of any being glued that why I did a 360 as a precaution just incase. So glad to hear that the figure is being restored! 2nd purchase of MANY!! As usual the package came safe & secure. Love all of my squish! The package was not secure and poor Raylor was hanging out of the package. The sticky part of the envelope was stuck to her. Once she was freed, there was an additional piece of blue masking tape across her that had to be peeled off. Aside from that, no issues with the seller or item. So sorry that happened when I arrived at the post office they told me I had to repack some packages from the boxes I provided I apologize the post offices envelope hadn’t made it. The blue masking tape was from me keeping things organized. I have fixed the packaging issue for future orders I’m so sorry about the packaging.
