The plan was flawless. Purchase beautiful Disneyland postcards. Pack them for our California trip. Mail them back to ourselves from inside the park as a fun family keepsake. Create a treasured memory for years to come.
Unfortunately, the plan had one tiny flaw.
The postcards made the trip.
The person responsible for packing them into the park each day did not. 🤦♂️😂
So while the postcards successfully traveled across the country, they spent the entire vacation enjoying the comfort of the hotel room instead of touring Disneyland. In fairness, they probably waited in fewer lines than we did.
The postcards arrived exactly as described, were packaged with care, and look fantastic. The seller did everything right. The failure occurred somewhere between the hotel room door and my memory.
