I was so pumped when I found out he had samples of the unreleased Ellis Brooklyn, Vanilla Rice, and for an amazing deal, at that! He is a treasure! Doug and Mia are the best. I was so excited because the box was just perfect and I was going to get to gift these to my sister who was dying to get her hands on these. I paid $68 plus tax and shipping (more than double retail). But these arrived in a bubble wrap mailer and were so tightly wrapped in more bubble wrap that the box was completely flattened and bent so badly that I couldn’t even get it to stay closed. I asked Doug/Mia if I could return the product for a refund and was told no and then blocked from all future shows.
