I’ve always enjoyed watching their lives and genuinely love their products, so I was really disappointed to be blocked after bringing up legitimate concerns. I willingly purchased a capless product, knowing it did not have a cap, but I did expect it to be wrapped, taped, or otherwise properly protected for shipping so it wouldn’t leak out..which unfortunately all of it did. I also received a Rhode lip product with the incorrect shade inside the box.
I rarely ever have issues with my orders and have happily supported their business for over a year. Regardless of this experience, I will always cheer for their success and their business because I truly do enjoy what they do.
