(c) Disney- FAC numbers - should be printed on - if there is a card backing, do the numbers match?- the thickness of the pin - fakes are often thinner and feel lighter.- soft enamel, often unlevel / dipped in the middle. - metal edging / detail not smooth- look on eBay for cheap bulk listings of pins - these are the most commonly faked.
