The seller sat on mailing it for several days after creating a label before shipping it which wasn’t what she had on her page about one day on get it out on shipping. Liquid items were thrown in the tote with no packing no seals and one leaked all over. I will not be a returning customer because of this. Can’t blame her for the USPS delays and rerouting to Puerto Rico for a week, but it seemed like this was a cursed order as soon as I message buyer as to why she was not mailing it out. Creating a label is not shipping it out. I didn’t expect to get damaged products that leaked out and got all over the purse.
