I truly love great customer service the little things like that is what makes me a shopper. It was a givy so I wasn't going to harp about something free because it was FREE! I don't like those who leave reviews against sellers because of a free item. I'm writing this because not only was she quick to respond she had record of my givy and sent it to me since it's somewhere "lost".
