• 1 banana, sliced
• 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
• 1 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
• 2 slices bread
• A pinch of cinnamon
• Optional: crushed nuts or granola for crunch
Steps
1. Spread peanut butter on both slices of bread.
2. In a small pan, warm honey with cinnamon, then toss in banana slices until lightly caramelized (1–2 minutes).
3. Spoon the warm bananas onto the bread and sprinkle nuts/granola.
