You reached out to me saying that you don’t believe it’s authentic because “it does not have a removable cone”. The NeeDoh nice cream cone is not designed with a removable cone so that feature alone isn’t an indication that it’s fake. I also requested photos so I could look in to your concern and help resolve the issue but I haven’t received any images or any response from you. I take authenticity very seriously and my goal is always to make sure my customers are taken care of. My 1st dumpling & I won it in a givy.
