I believe the post office flagged it, because it was delayed and got sent all the way to North Carolina. It wasn't in the same black packaging as the drop off picture, and ripped in the corner and taped up. Also the packs were crumpled inside, folded as if repackaged. The fridge magnet and bracelet were okay. But gotta tell the post office to be nicer to the orders.
