To be honest I had never seen them and the handpainted ones peeked my interest. Everything arrived quickly and intact. Marvelous painted job. I notified her and provided photo evidence. She only offered a partial refund and opted for me to send the item back in order for WhatNot to process the partial refund. I obviously couldn't send back an item that I did not receive. I had to reach out to WhatNot to get a full refund. The items that I did receive from my order were unprotected and not properly wrapped. Simply not a good experience. Seller was nice enough, just frustrating. SO HAPPY!
