I live in Georgia so 3 day shipping they were thawed but still within safe temperature range the bottom Icepack was still partially frozen the top ice pack was thawed but still cold. They did sit on my porch in 88 degree heat for 4 hrs before I got home. Ate them yesterday really really tasty. It was cold but thawed when it arrived and the ice packets were thawed. More ice packets could have been added to help keep the seafood frozen. The order did come very quickly, and was still frozen hours after we opened the box. The lobster was ok. My first bite had a 1/4" piece of shell that gouged my mouth and kind of put me off the meal. It wasn't as amazing as I had hoped, but the red velvet whoopie pies were good. this little lobster keychain is so adorable, my nephew will absolutely love it. thank you so much. fast delivery and packaged well, as all of the seafood was still frozen. It was packaged so securely!! Everything was still frozen rock solid when I received them. I only had a chance to try the New England chowder so far, and it was to die for! The lobster claw and knuckle meat was not at all what I expected. I was hoping to make lobster rolls with butter, but the meat came all shredded so I had to make lobster salad instead which is not my favorite and I never would have bought, but I wasn’t going to let it waste. Lobster tails a little smaller than what was shown in show. Overall great quality and packaging. excellent seller fast shipping Arrived frozen 🥶 as expected. Crabs were great. The lobster bisque tasted watered down and was not good. I thought it would be creamier. I would not spend your hard earned money on lobster bisque. Shrimp look good. Haven’t eaten them yet.
