One item was almost empty, could’ve leaked in transport or oversight from the seller. First of all the sellers are an amazingly talented couple. She started knitting my gorgeous hat while speaking to me. I chose the colors and she took off with her talent. The quality of the yarn is superior as is the end product; a winter hat. I love it!! Shipping was very fast it shipped on time but when I got it I had to pay $24 to get my package because yall either didn't pay the shipping or put the wrong weight idk.Hey sorry that this happened to you, overall with Funkos I put them as 4-7 oz and never had an issue but I did look over the orders and I remember that you also wanted me to throw in an extra Funko with your purchase so you payed shipping for 2 regular Funkos and you got 3 regular Funkos and 1 larger size Funko.
