Thank you so much for jumping into our first ever squishy show I promise we will be way faster next time! We appreciate your business! I was disappointed with this experience. My order was not shipped for over 7 days, and multiple messages I sent to the seller went unanswered. The items were shipped separately instead of being combined, resulting in higher shipping costs than expected. The order was only shipped after I expressed concern that it felt like a scam and requested a refund. Better communication and more timely shipping would have made a significant difference.Hello, I am very sorry about the delay in shipping this show you purchased items in was our very first ever show of squishys and our shipping supplies arrived later than expected so that is our bad… as far as the messages I did not see them as I have a separate account, this is strictly my selling account so the messages were missed unfortunately.. definitely not a scam and I hope you have your items now are are happy with them.. unsure on the shipping problem. Whatnot made two separate labels for your items. I was unable to put all items in one box because of the weight of the items..
