USPS held it for almost a week in Massachusetts then it slowly made its way down to Shreveport after staying there for a few days. It came to my local post office and was delivered. When I got my package it was smashed, even though it had a fragile sticker on it that didn’t stop USPS from doing their thing. I took photos and reached out to Spartan asking if I needed to follow a claim with USPS, they responded almost instantly and told me not to worry about it. They would handle it, and I’d have a new mug in the mail the next day, which they did do. You can’t ask for better customer service than that and that is why I’m a continued supporter of Spartan coffee. 👏🏼👏🏼🙌🏼 I LOVE Spartan Coffee. GREAT company!! Best Coffee company around!!!
