I'm new to ancients (since February 2026) and hungry to learn. My focus is on biblical coins. I find the history of these coins intriguing. When I share this information (by word or by coin in hand) it bring the biblical verses to life. My oldest ancient coin (as of 10/7/2026) is the Kingdom of Macedon, Philip III, 323-317 BC Ae Half-Unit. My newest "ancient" is the Bryzantine Empire Romanus III, AD 1028-1034 Ae Follis.
