The item I bought had a ton of pilling on gusset area, and it was not disclosed at time of sale. As a seller myself , I always disclose wear.Had it been a mistake or missed, I would have totally understood. I reached out,she said that a bunch of pilling was normal wear and to be expected , which it is not. She also seemed kind of rude and annoyed.. offered me a dollar refund. So in total I paid $11.80 for one item with shipping with a bunch of pilling.Had it been disclosed I wouldn’t have bid.I wouldn’t have purchased the one item .She sent me a return slip which did not have the correct weight on it . I was afraid the post office wouldn’t take it and when I notified her, she told me to take it up with Whatnot and to provide documentation …like I was lying., so I did. It wasn’t the amount that bothered me. It was the way she handled it. And that she didn’t recognize the problem.Let’s just say I won’t be purchasing from her again. As a seller I would have handled it much differently. This was a personal bundle, and the seller truly went above and beyond! Every piece was thoughtfully selected. Best value for your money! Everything arrived exactly as described, clean, and packaged with care.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She was so nice and I loved the bracelets thank you!! Getting my whole wardrobe here. The best deals!!
