For others reading this - the box damage was expected on this order. The pop was listed as "destroyed box" and was sold for $1. Just wanted to be sure that was clear. Thanks for checking out my page and have a great day! Shipping was fast and came in well packaged. Amazing deals and amazing packaging. We’ll definitely be a returning customer. Very helpful and extremely friendly, perfectly packaged and arrived safety, thank you! W service!! The whole process went very smoothly and the products came out very well I would 100% recommend this to anyone who is looking for pops from their favorite shows, marvel, DC, anime, any genre!
Came quick and was packaged with care thank you This seller took almost a week to ship my Pop. After I finally made the purchase, he messaged me saying it was damaged and asked me to cancel the order. When I asked if he could swap it out for another one, he basically told me to be glad he contacted me before shipping it.
Honestly, items should be checked for damage before they’re listed and sold. That’s not a great way to handle a sale or treat a buyer’s time. Hopefully the seller improves his process and learns to check items beforehand and ship orders in a more reasonable timeframe.Your pop was ordered on a weekend, and I messaged every day once I discovered the damage waiting to hear back from you before sending a damaged pop. I told you that if you'd like you can cancel the order, but you wanted to swap it out for something else. So I gave you a more expensive pop at no additional charge to your $5 order and I hope you really enjoy it! Thanks for the purchase. The packaging was well handled and all the pops look so sick! This guy is the goat frfr!! Excellent from start to finish. Each Pop pristine and expertly packaged!! Tysm 🎉 Packaged with care, good communication from seller and quick shipment. Definitely will purchase from this seller again! love it brother appreciate it great condition and packaging /users%2F64158387%2Fstore%2Fcad5b326-a542-4da3-8573-58dc78555107.jpeg)
