All my other shoes were fine from here, but the response they gave to my complaint was absolutely not ok. I am all about understanding and mistakes made. I am not ok with not owning up to selling a shoe that was not described as "heavily worn" or "used". I will not buy from this seller again. first order (big order) and last.
