My daughter collects and loves Pokémon cards and I gave them to her BE WARNED - Good luck trying to get a damaged card replaced or get any help from the seller at all . If you have a problem dont bother go straight through whatnot right away, get your $ back, leave your review and move on. Tryed being nice and seeing if seller would replace card so I did not have to go through whatnot and potentially damage the sellers reputation with less then a 5 star review , Seller responded immediately with an attitude basically like they cannot do any wrong but asked for a photo , i sent a photo of the card and Now that the window is up for whatnot refund I was told "" 900 5 STAR REVIEWS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES "" and offered 3$ and a screw off basically! so 900 good reviews means mistakes cant be made apparently. its really unfortunate that we build sellers up . Then once they get a little bigger it goes to there heads . Also Shipping prices are quite the rip off so make sure to check your shipping costs as well or get a shipping reimbursement from what not . Hi, I responded right away when u messaged on 7/20 and you didn’t send a photo of the card for over a week and expected me to refund/replace off your word? Photo was sent with a card without a penny sleeve in the top loader. I’ve never in my life done that with any card.
Damage was acknowledged, because yes mistakes can happen, and you took what I said about my reviews completely out of context; that was said to show that any issues that arise I SOLVE.
