When I sent them msg with picture proof they said I see a scissors on your desk - I was like wtf!! They are basically saying I have creased my card with scissors and then asking for refund/return. What kind of horseshit seller are these morons. Be careful folks they might send you creased card and then blame you for the crease.We thoroughly reviewed our stream footage before we replied to this seller about this item.
