Bought a Damaged Gengar prime for almost 500$ after it being advertised NM. They refused to refund me any money until I removed my review. After talking to “Chris” and his terrible customer service, because I refused to remove my review, until money was refunded, it lead me to someone “higher up”… whoever this person was, left me the most disrespectful message then blocked me so I couldn’t respond.
So yup, I’m back with my response and more damage to your page. Hope you guys recover for this one. Should’ve just gave me my money. Great cards, sweet deals and fast shipping. Would buy again!
