Product Details
Plain banana bread. Made with hand crushed organic bananas and cinnamon. This is from my published recipe. Very moist and delicious. Hot or cold. It’s great. Perfect to make French toast too. Each loaf weighs just about a lb. Between 11 to 14oz each.

I attended baking and pastry school in San Diego and was trained by a 6th generation French pastry chef. I had my own bakery for over 15 years in San Diego/ Riverside county California. I had my work published in several magazines over the years, and won many awards for my decorating and recipes. I retired from baking after COVID destroyed so many businesses. I married and my disabled Marine Veteran and I moved to the East Coast. Now I feel I’m ready to come back out of retirement. I miss baking and decorating too much. So hopefully this goes well so I can build my own kitchen again and rebuild my clientele. Thank you for helping me make a comeback.
