Antique hand painted Nippon porcelain serving dish, made in Japan circa 1900–1920. Features a rich cobalt border with elaborate gold gilt and raised moriage-style detailing, pierced handles, and an elegant hand painted center medallion. Marked “Hand Painted” on the underside. This style was made for export during the Nippon era and has a gorgeous old-world, Meiji/Taisho period fine design. Perfect for display on a vanity, buffet, coffee table, or as part of a blue and gold collection. Excellent antique condition with light age-related wear consistent with age. Approximately 12”x 5.5”
