REF 3187. This awesome brooch is made by DeLizza & Elster, better known for the JULIANA line of jewelry, which this is. Although unmarked, as all D&E jewelry was, this set can be identified by many traits specific to the company.... the over the top bold and bodacious design, tons of sparkle, large stones, ect. This brooch is BIG, BOLD and delightfully SPARKLY! The gorgeous clear rhinestones have so much fire when the lights hit them, that it just make this pop! This brooch has a raised or tiered construction, figure 8 puddling, and correct pin assembly. The brooch measures almost 3" x 3". The setting is a brightly polished rhodium (silver color) plate which shows no wear. There are no missing stones. There are no dull, dark, or dead stones either.
