Backstamp: "NONPAREIL / B & L / ENGLAND" in dark blue. DATE: c.1891-1919 (Late Victorian to Edwardian). The "ENGLAND" mark places this piece post-McKinley Tariff Act of 1891. Genuine antique flow blue, over 100 years old.
