Charming vintage handmade pottery trinket dish made for Roscoe Village in Coshocton, Ohio. This small artisan stoneware dish features a beautiful cobalt blue spongeware glaze with a freeform ruffled edge design. Measures approximately 3.75” wide and is perfect for holding jewelry, coins, rings, keys, or small treasures. The underside is marked: “HANDMADE FOR ROSCOE VILLAGE COSHOCTON, OHIO.” Roscoe Village is a historic canal-era village known for its Ohio artisan crafts and handmade pottery traditions. Pieces like this were commonly sold in the village gift shops and pottery studios. Excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks observed. A lovely piece of Ohio folk art or country farmhouse décor.
