Fabulous and fun feather hatband from the 1950s. Very classic curve on a solid cream silk base. The base is stiffened and trimmed with cream velvet around the edges. Stunning feather overlay in creams, blondes and brown that wisp into a fringe effect across the front. The feathers are in amazing vintage condition, just small discolouration near the start of the band at one side. This sits behind the ear so not really detrimental. The inside of the silk band has some age marking but again unseen when worn. Length across curve of base is approx 26cm with additional 7cm of feather overlay, width at widest point is 9cm on base with additional 4cm feather overlay.
