Vintage bisque porcelain trinket or jewelry box shaped like an early gramophone or phonograph. The hinged lid lifts with the decorative horn and opens to a small storage compartment. Matte white porcelain is accented with gold-painted trim, hand-painted red roses and green leaves, plus dimensional pink and turquoise applied roses on the front. Measures approximately 3.5 inches long, 2 inches deep, and 4 inches tall. An attractive music-themed collectible for a vanity, curio cabinet, or vintage decor display. Unmarked maker. Vintage preowned condition with age-related surface wear, discoloration, scuffs, and loss to the gold-painted accents. There is oxidation and discoloration around the metal hinge pins.
