Vintage 1960’s octagonal metal decor with a printed portrait of a child holding a small white dog. A reproduction of the famous 1810 portrait Master Simpson by English artist Arthur William Devis. This decorative piece has a gold-toned finish with an intricate black filigree pattern around the raised border. Approx. 12.25”w x 12.25”h x 1”d. Has some wear and scratches as shown.
