Set against a vivid red ground with fine gold scrollwork trim. Made by Liberty Enterprises for export from Russia, a mark tied to the trade window that opened between 1988 and 1995. Hinge is sturdy and working perfectly, no cracking anywhere on the lid, interior, or exterior — this one is in genuinely excellent shape.
